
Watermelon Mocktail

Ingredients:
3 Cups Watermelon Cubed (seedless preferred)
1/4 Cup Lime juice (about 2 limes juiced)
2 Cups Club soda
8 Sprigs Mint

Instructions:
1. Cube watermelon, remove any seeds.
2. Slice four thin rounds from your limes. Set aside to be used for garnish. Juice the rest of the two limes.
3 Combine the cubed watermelon and lime juice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
4. Using a sieve, strain the watermelon and lime mixture until you’re left with just the juice. Set aside.
5. Place 5 mint leaves at the bottom of each glass. Use a muddler to release the flavor of the mint.
6. Fill cups with ice. Pour watermelon juice halfway full. Top with club soda until full. Gently stir with a spoon.
7. Garnish each glass with a thin slice of watermelon, a sprig of mint, and reserved lime wedge.

Cucumber Ginger Mint Agua Fresca​

Ingredients:
2 Large English cucumbers (cut into chunks)
1 Cup freshly squeezed lime juice (8-10 limes)
2.3 Cup of granulated Sugar
12 Mint Leaves
1 Piece of fresh ginger (1 - 2 inches)
4 Cups of water divided

Instructions:
1. Prepare all the ingredients and place in a blender jar.
Add 2 cups of water. Cover and blend until the mixture is very smooth.
2, Place a sieve over a pitcher. Pour the Agua Fresca through the strainer to remove the pulp. Add the remaining two cups of water. Cover and chill until ready to serve.

Honey Grapefruit Pineapple Thyme​

Simple Grapefruit Thyme Syrup
5 cups water
handful of thyme leaves
2 large grapefruit strips of skin
1 cup of honey
Other ingredients needed
1 cup grapefruit juice
1 cup pineapple juice
sliced grapefruit
thyme leaves
Instructions

1. In a medium pot over medium-high heat, add water and let it begin to boil. Once boiling, add the thyme leaves, and strips of grapefruit skin and boil for 10 minutes. 2. After 10 minutes, turn off the heat and gently stir in the honey, cover the mixture, steep for about 25-30 minutes to ensure that the flavors are fully infused and potent. 3. Once fully steeped, remove grapefruit skins and thyme leaves, pour mixture into a medium pitcher and set aside. 4. Add crushed ice to a glass, fill ½ of the glass with the grapefruit-thyme syrup, then ¼ of it with grapefruit juice, and pour pineapple juice over the mixture. 5. Add sliced grapefruits and thyme leaves to inside of glass as garnish.

Rosemary Citrus Spritzer

Ingredients
2 lemons
2 oranges
4 (4-inch) sprigs fresh rosemary
¾ cup sugar
¼ cup honey
Ice
Soda Water
Rosemary And Lemon For Garnish (Optional)

Instructions

Peel of thick strips of zest from 1 lemon

Juice the lemons and oranges into a liquid measuring cup – you should have about 1 cup of juice. Top off with water if necessary to make 1 cup.

Combine zest, juice, rosemary, sugar and honey in a saucepan over medium heat. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly to dissolve the sugars.

Remove from heat and let sit 10 minutes. Strain, discard solids and let syrup cool completely.

To serve, fill an 8-ounce glass halfway with ice cubes, add 2-3 tablespoons syrup, fill with soda water, and stir. Garnish with rosemary sprigs and/or lemon slices, if desired.
