Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do I schedule an appointment to view the facility?
A: Please give us a call at the number listed on the website in order to schedule an initial meeting and consultation. We are available to meet anytime during the week between the hours of 9:30am – 4:30pm. If there is an event going on during the weekend on occasion we will invite clients to come up and see how the venue can look once it is all set up. You are also welcome to drive up there on your own time to take a peek in the windows as the Golf Course is open to the public Monday – Sunday.
Q: Do you offer tastings?
A: Yes we offer open house tastings once every 2-3 months depending on the demand. Since it is done open house style we cannot guarantee that we will host everything that is on your menu however you will be able to get a better idea of the quality of our food and service.
Q: How do I go about booking the facility?
A: In order to reserve the facility along with our services you will need to fill out and return a signed copy of the catering agreement along with a $600.00 deposit to be made out to the Santa Teresa Golf Course attention Kathy. All payments whether they are by cash, check or credit card are to be made directly to the golf course. Once we receive confirmation that you have submitted such we will mark your date off as reserved.
Q: How much time do you allot for set-up?
A: Our staff arrives between 2-3 hours before each event to set up. All other vendors may arrive half an hour to an hour after we get there to allow our staff enough time to set the room without disruption.
Q: Can I come in the day before to set up/drop off décor?
A: Typically we do not allow access to the banquet hall the day before an event as cleaning and maintenance are done at this time. Although exceptions can be made they must be approved and arranged by your coordinator.
Q: Can I bring in my own wine and/or liquor?
A: You are welcome to bring in your own wine and/or liquor. However, a corkage fee of $15 - $20 per bottle will apply.
